Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has rated two of cement carriers that we have built “FUKUCHIZAN MARU”(rated 7th of September) and “RYOSEI MARU”(rated 11th of October) with the highest rating of “5 stars” under the Energy Conservation Rating System.

What is the “Energy Conservation Rating System for domestic vessels”?

To reduce the CO2 emissions in domestic shipping, The Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism created this evaluation system that “visualizes” the energy-saving and CO2 emission effects of shipping vessels.
